Amarina Jannah Resort & Aqua Park

Staff : The staff are by far the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. I have been fortunate to stay in many. I have also ran a holiday company. They make everyone feel so welcome and like Royalty. What is different is they are so warm to each other too. Genuine hospitality from everyone, they truly are a happy hotel. Both my boys, one very sensitive to environments were at ease and all staff adapted effortlessly to scenarios. The perfect measure of attentiveness and consideration. I met personally managers, pool life guards, chefs, waiters, room prep front of house. A unique team. Pools: There are lots of pools to choose from, heated like a warm bath. The Aqua park too on main slides. So much fun for all ages and adults too, actually especially adults. There are ones for inflatable slides too. Ambience: Photos just can't ever do this place justice. It's very stylish, there is lots if attention to detail from art pieces to trendy furniture on the beach. Lots of well thought out areas games, hammocks. The speakers quality and lighting is first class. Along with soft furniture. The gardens are already in bloom and fantasticly designed. Beach: Sandy, quiet, crystal clear waters, excellent snorkeling, loads of comfortable sun beds. Plenty of activities such as volleyball and balls. All the things you would expect like Wifi Cleanliness Towels Sun loungers Mini bar Aircon Hot showers Are all excellent Compared to my disappointing experience to the hotel range a short distance away. The overall experience is night and day. The hotel is new, it's still being built in areas. This didn't impact our holiday in the slightest. In fact enhanced our experience as a bit quieter. I am conflicted to do an honest review as selfishly I would like to keep it as our secret hotel. However such a place deserves to be shared and enjoyed. It's an exciting project and I have already recommended to friends and making plans to return.

It was one of the most wonderful vacation, i have ever made for me and my family, the place is amazing, starting from the room, pools, aqua park, sea beach and marina. The staff is really amazing and very helpful, all of them are there to help you and make you happy as they can. Special thanks to Mr. mohamed, Mr. walid and Mr. Amr Asaad for their kindness and dedicated service. My girls were very happy and they didn’t want to leave 😘 It was a pleasure to be in such place🙏🏻. keep going and for sure i am gonna see you soon.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and polite, always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything in perfect order. Housekeeping clearly pays great attention to detail. The animation is so active, Thanks to them, every day was full of fun and good emotions. There were no problems with the food, everything was perfect . The property is well maintained and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. Food was also excellent, with a wide range of delicious dishes. It was an amazing stay! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

Everything you need in one resort! We loved our 10 days at the Amarina Jannah and would love to come back. We had our routine sussed from day 1 which included plenty sun, beach walks, sunbathing and lovely food. Staff were great, especially our friends in the kitchen who managed to help my wife with gluten free options every day. We booked originally seeing the many great reviews this place had and now they have another happy customer that can't rate this place highly enough. Many thanks and hopefully be back sometime soon!

The Hotel is in superb condition throughout, the management and the staff are superb, high quality personal experience, friendly and very helpful to a man, our room was cleaned every day to an exeptional level, fresh and clean. Restaurant efficient, clean and excellent food with a wide range of choice, add to that the three A La Carte restaurants provide an excellent addition for Dining for a special evening. you can relax on the beach, enjoy camel rides, yoga, stretching, darts, volleyball, a fresh drink from the Beachbar and snorkelling on the impressive Hotel Reef. The main attraction for my wife and myself were the incredible people who made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing, big shout out to Mr Ahmed, Mohamed Osman, Amr and Dr Ahmad who looked after me incredibly well, there are too many to say a big thank you to. The management are committed to improving their Hotel over the coming months and we eagerly look forward to our next visit ASAP. Thanks everyone.
